Steakhouse
The Mesquite Grill
This is the upscale spot where locals go for special occasions and serious meat lovers congregate on Friday and Saturday nights. The prime rib is absolutely incredible—thick cut, perfectly seasoned, and cooked exactly how you order it; the ribeye is equally impressive with a nice crust. They also do fantastic seafood if you're not in the mood for beef, and their lobster tail pairings are surprisingly reasonably priced for a casino steakhouse. The atmosphere feels a bit more upscale than the rest of the casino, with dimmed lighting, white tablecloths, and attentive servers who actually know their wine selection. Expect a crowd of well-dressed diners and high-roller types, making it feel like a legitamate fine dining experiance. Resevrations are highly recommended on weekends—walk-ins might wait 45 minutes even with empty tables.
